This healing treatment will begin with Craniosacral Therapy techniques that are used to tune in with your body's rhythm and energy. This will help guide me through an intuitive massage that is unique for each individual. A variety of additional techniques may be used such as acupressure, stretching, and lymphatic drainage.

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle non-invasive hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the body's own natural healing mechanisms. Although it has an energetic feel, the focus of this work is bringing the whole body/person into structural alignment through the therapist's connection to the cranisoacral system, which consists of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. This system has a pulse, similar to our heartbeat and breath. It extends from the bones of the skull, face, and mouth which make up the cranium down the spine to the sacrum. Hence the name Craniosacral.
